Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation email/SMS.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

A: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).

A: Yes, Selloura uses trusted, encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once dispatched.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is free on select orders. If any charges apply, they will be shown at checkout.


🔹 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receiving it.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are offered under specific conditions only. Most approved cases are refunded as Selloura Store Credit (faster and easier for future use). Refunds to the original payment method are rare and take 7–10 business days after inspection.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, exchanges may be offered instead of refunds, subject to stock availability.
