At Selloura, we want you to love your shopping experience. While we do offer returns and refunds, they are subject to certain terms and conditions to ensure fairness and product quality.


🔹 Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of arrival.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Certain products (personal care, hygiene-related items, customized products, clearance sale items) are non-returnable.


🔹 Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed as:

    • Store Credit / Coupon Code (preferred & faster option).

    • Bank/Original Payment Method (only in rare approved cases, within 7–10 business days).


🔹 Exchanges

  • Wherever possible, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


🔹 Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


🔹 Important Notes

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

  • Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Selloura after inspection.

  • Misuse of the return/refund policy may result in refusal of future services.
