At Selloura, we want you to love your shopping experience. While we do offer returns and refunds, they are subject to certain terms and conditions to ensure fairness and product quality.
🔹 Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of arrival.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Certain products (personal care, hygiene-related items, customized products, clearance sale items) are non-returnable.
🔹 Refunds
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed as:
Store Credit / Coupon Code (preferred & faster option).
Bank/Original Payment Method (only in rare approved cases, within 7–10 business days).
🔹 Exchanges
Wherever possible, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
🔹 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
🔹 Important Notes
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Selloura after inspection.
Misuse of the return/refund policy may result in refusal of future services.
