Welcome to Selloura (“Selloura”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of selloura.com (the “Site”) and any products, content, features, or services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account

1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
1.2 Account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your password.
1.3 One person, one account. You may not share your account or create accounts by automated means.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

2.1 Descriptions. We aim to display product titles, images, specifications, and colors accurately, but minor variations may occur.
2.2 Availability. Items, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice and may be limited in quantity.
2.3 Errors. We may correct errors or cancel orders affected by typographical, pricing, or display mistakes—even after submission—if a correction is required.
2.4 Taxes & duties. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees; these are calculated at checkout where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Placing orders. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we dispatch the item(s) or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issues).
3.2 Payment methods. Payments are processed by third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge for the total order amount. We do not store full card details.
3.3 Currency & conversion. Charges may appear in your local currency or in another currency depending on your payment method or provider.
3.4 Invoices. We may provide electronic invoices/receipts via email.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

4.1 Timelines. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to carrier, customs, or other factors.
4.2 Risk of loss. Risk passes to you upon delivery at the address provided or upon handover to the carrier if you arrange your own shipping.
4.3 Address accuracy. Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate; re-delivery or address corrections may incur additional charges.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Return window. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible, unused items in original condition and packaging (including tags, manuals, accessories).
5.2 Non-returnable items. For hygiene/safety and licensing reasons, certain items are not returnable: personal care & grooming, intimate apparel/lingerie, perishables/food, custom or made-to-order goods, digital downloads/software keys, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale”.
5.3 Defective or damaged items. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
5.4 Process & costs. Contact us (see Contact below) for a Return Authorization and instructions. Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
5.5 Refunds. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
5.6 Exchanges. Where available, exchanges may be offered instead of refunds.

6. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

6.1 Promotions. Promotional offers are time-limited and subject to stated terms.
6.2 Coupons. Single-use, non-transferable, may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
6.3 Misuse. We may cancel orders or deactivate benefits if a promotion is abused or used in violation of these Terms.

7. Your Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)

7.1 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for content you post or submit (e.g., reviews, comments, photos).
7.2 License. By submitting content, you grant Selloura a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services and our marketing.
7.3 Prohibited content. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that contains viruses/malware or advertising/spam.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (d) use bots/scrapers without written consent; (e) attempt to bypass security; (f) misrepresent your identity; (g) engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product data, audio/video clips, and software—is owned by or licensed to Selloura and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, advertising). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy notices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all content/products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties—those limitations may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selloura and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; or service interruption or system failure, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selloura and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on the Site. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Site or other users. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue to apply.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Selloura agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Changes are effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
